A webscape is a little bit like a landscape. In a landscape, you take an unkempt yard, or a dirt pile, and with a well-thought-out plan and plenty of tending, you make it beautiful. In much the same way, a webscape designer looks at a blank screen, or a jumbled, hard-to-follow site and creates a beautiful, functional space, on the web. Or they take a completely blank screen and design a beautiful website.
